This 60-minute power flow is designed to build heat, strengthen the body, and deepen your connection to breath and movement. We move through dynamic, intelligently sequenced flows that challenge balance, mobility, and strength while encouraging mindful awareness on the mat.

Music is a big part of the experience in my classes, and the rhythm of the playlist helps guide the pace and energy of the flow. Expect a mix of continuous movement and powerful holds, with options to modify or amplify poses so you can practice in a way that supports your body.
