From leading yoga and movement sessions to coordinating wellness programming within music events, my work creates intentional moments of restoration, connection, and balance in high-energy environments. Currently, I serve as a Wellness Facilitator and Social Media Coordinator for Summer Bliss Festival, integrating movement, mindfulness, and community into the festival experience.
