This 60-minute Yoga Strength class is designed to build strength, stamina, and confidence. This class blends intentional movement with strength-focused drills, using props and bodyweight to challenge and support your asana practice.

Expect a dynamic, thoughtfully sequenced flow that builds heat through controlled transitions, holds, and functional movement patterns. We’ll focus on developing stability, endurance, and full-body strength while staying connected to the breath throughout.

Music plays a key role in the experience, helping to drive energy and keep you grounded in the rhythm of the practice. Options are always offered so you can modify or amplify the intensity to meet your body where it’s at.
